Good Evening Sir,
If we want to give private complaint to magistrate for that advocate is compulsory or can we file without an advocate or if advocate is compulsory then till end of case we have to keep an advocate or PP will handle the case. Sir, pls kindly give me advice on this.

you can file complaint on your own . however better engage an advocate as various legal issues have to be taken int account while drafting a complaint

You will have to file a complaint u/s 200 of Cr.P.C. with relevant IPC sections. Advocate is not necessary. You can file a complaint. To engage the advocate is better option, because procedure will be followed by him. If you know the procedure and drafting of a complaint, you can file it.
If offences are under IPC after investigation charge sheet will be filed by the police then APP will represent you.

Generally legal terms are difficult to understand for a layman so it is better to engage a lawyer for private complaint which shall be handled by him till the conclusion of the case.
