Are you a student or a lawyer?

If you are a student then this site is not for tutorial class and if you are a lawyer then you are expected to know all this.

Bing the so called senior our job is to impart knowledge, more over the difference between the private and public cases is that any wrong committed which affect the society at large is public wrong and the same is treated as public case and where the individual right and libility are ascertained is called the private case.
