I am from hyderabad.i am planning to buy a flat is in 3rd floor (G+2), in Nizampet village panchayati.I heard in panchyati G+3 is permittable, but my apartment contains g+4.So my question is, is it fine to purchase.? I don't find complete details online. Please help!!

The building has to be constructed as per the sanctioned plan. So if you have doubt you can take legal opinion from a local advocate about legality of building.

In Panchayat areas also you can purchase if the plan is approved by the concerned authority((UDA, NAGAR-PALIK, PANCHAYATS et.) in Telangana.

When the fact have been noticed that the building sanction is G+3 and this premises is G+4, why do you go for purchase flat in unauthorised building ?
Is it the only building available to buy/ invest ? I do not advise.
