in d absence of his counsel can d plaintiff herself cross examine witnesses of defendent.

CAN but with permission of the court.

CAUTION: It may prove a costly adventure if one is not trained in area how to cross examine?what to ask?why to ask? what not to ask?how to assail false statement?how to arrive at goal of a case?etc...etc..

As long as your lawyer is appointed without removing him you can not conduct the case.

u will be allowed to cross examine.
But this CE is two edged sword. It harm u more than help u , in inexperience hand.
Do u know what is "suggestion" in cross exam??
it binds you. CE is very very tricky..

do not try, id u hv no experience.
