sir,

1: five member working our feild at end of day or around 9.30 pm night fire occur our crop in fact loss will be around rs 20000

2: third day same labour working at same field again occur fire a loss will be Rs 30000

3:this case, how will be find out and how to legal fallow

You should lodge a FIR against such person failing which file a criminal complaint before trial magistrate. You engage a local criminal side dealing lawyer and obtain his services. He shall arrange your case.

whats their profit by firing your crop?

just find any bad intention or its just accident..

if you found any valuable reason mean just go for a police complaint against those labours..

You should lodge FIR as well as a civil suit for compensation of the damages caused.
