Permanant allimony

my husband has filed a divorce case against me on the basis of cruelty, which ofcourse i deny.he has falsely created such a situation and documents that i take tutions at home which i dont.and showing himself to b jobless whr as he owns a salon which is bought by him after our marriage.he owns a flat which he has sold off widout telling me and much before he sent me notice.am i liable to ask for a share on his property.i am not earning anything.am completely a home maker.can u guide me???? can i ask for a permanant allimony?

yes you can . if he owns a salon there must be documents showing as the owner .similarly if he had a flat and he sold off he must have invested funds . obtain necessary proof of his income

You can claim alimony. Try to get evidence of his ownership, income.

Getting maintenance is your right but for proving the income of your husband, you need extra labour as per advice of your lawyer.

he has created a situation showin his mother has taken all the money after the sale of the flat and that his salon is nw runned by his mother.

You can claim maintenance on the basis of papers you have. Keep the rest to court to decide.
