Noc for job

I am working on a psu. I joined here Oct 15.now I got a call letter for other central government job. The exam was held on Aug 15.in that case noc is required or not??? Please reply asap

I believe your probation period is 6 months in PUC n hence noc is not reqired

if there is a specific requirement about noc mean you have to obtain..

because, even after the exam only you joined in to the current job, now you are in job..

so you have to obtain for attend this interview..

If call is for interview, inform your department that you applied before joining and hence want to appear for interview.

If call for joining, resign and join.

It is believed that you have not signed any service agreement/bond.

Pursue the service rules and regulations and/or show these to an able counsel specializing in service matters, for clauses on joining another establishment and to appear for interview.

If you wish to appear for the interview, you may inform the concerned authority under proper acknowledgment.

Since you have written examination in August 2015 and joined in PSU in October, for appearing interview no NOC is required.

No Central Government Department or UPSC or SCC asks for NOC unless you are already a public servant and seeks to join the new employment after submitting technical resignation.
