1) can Respondent file petition in High court u/s 482 of crpc for quashing the Domestic violence case pending in J.m.f.c as a In-person?

2) How much amount generally one good advocate charge for filing petition in High court u/s 482?

high couers are reluctant to quash petition filed under DV act . dont watse your time and money on futile litigation

It can be filed however the chances of success are bleak as this is not so serious case and the amount of fee depends from person to person and place to place. Even the definition of good advocate is also not understood.
