Sirs,
Age of my wife is 22 at the time of marriage. We have done registered marriage. I have the marriage certificate. Their are total 4 witnesses.
I got married 1 & 1/2 year back without informing my wife's parent. She is staying with her parents till date. Her parents doesnt know about our marriage. Now in last week she had done engagement with other person as per the instruction of her parents and didnot inform me anything about this. Today She inform me about engagement. I asked her to stay with me but she is refusing to stay with me at my home. She is ready to marry with another person as per her parents instruction. Her father is one of the richest person in Mumbai.
Sir, Please help me out. I cant stay without my wife. What do I do to get my wife back to me.

A married person without obtaining divorce can not perform another marriage.
File a suit for restitution of conjugal rights and in the said suit file a petition for injunction against marriage of your wife.
These are mere legal remedies. For final solution you need to convince your wife.

I asked you questions with out telling you remedies because you told her father is richest person of mumbai and i find she is not in your clutches of confidence then if your proof of marriage is in air of Honolulu,your suit may take your head in deep soup.

So you did not have the courage to announce marriaage and still call it a marriage. You have no courage during this period to keep your wife with you nor did she have the courage still you call it a marriage simp;ly becuase it is registered. If you prove marriage and your wife is under the influence of parents and they are rich as well then be ready to spend a long time in Jail with entire family as she can fall under pressure and file dowry case.

apart from all legal aspects of the issue,how can one maintain a healthy marriage life without the willful support of your wife.
if you cannot succeed on this count,all other efforts like filing a case for RCR etc will be a total waste on money as well as your time.

You stated that you are living seperately even after the marriage. You say again that you cannot live without your wife. So contradictory.
don't let your ego eat your head. Why do you want to live with her if she does't want to live with you.
