Muslim minority dicrimination

if any body who belongs to other religion comments or criticizes on a muslim person about the person's religion(muslim).can muslim person put the case on the criticizing(criticized) person legally in police station and court? if yes what types cases could be register on the criticizing person (send me including I.P.C. sections)?is any minority case in law? please send me reply as soon as possible.

None has got legal right to defame anyone on the basis of caste, creed, religion etc.

Section 153A of IPC deals with such situation wherein the sufferer may lodge FIR against accused person or may file a criminal complaint.

Yes although there is no spl law for protection of muslims but law is there as sugggested by Mr Burman,r Nair, Mr Prabhakar, Ajay Sethi, Mkkar.
