Mental harassment by neighbour

I am leaving fith floo. My neighbour complete that I got voice from your house regarding boy playing. So that should not happen. If you so than I will complan aginat you under 498. So how I can protect my self due to that not does mw but due children play that's why that Crete sound.
Please advise me.

Given expression do not clear whether you are aggrieved of sound of neighbor's house or they are aggrieved of sound from your house.

My children play in my house that's he got voice distribution in his house. My children age 6 year old. So do you the think that this is a base complete against me under 498?

If you are having enough time, money, courage to face problems from your neighbor, oppose his initiations / objections and try to set him right or set your children not to disturb him. Let the work of setting right the neighbor be left for others who can reply him in same coin.

Your neighbor cannot file any complaint for the noise made by your son at your place.. don't worry

What do you mean by complaint u/s 498 (A or B) IPC on account/allegation of loud noise by your 6 year old child?
