There is no real problem, but if one wants to start practice and want to stand in front of honourable judiciary, one has to know the real meaning of terms used in Law. I was trying to explore the meaning so that one can stand and make different personality wid real knowledge of different terms.

I also expecting from all the respected experts to have search over google and if they find the meaning with example which is easy to understand den plz post that link here.

I respect all you experts from bottom of my heart.......

Thanks

Mr. Mihir,

About your statement, "if one wants to start practice and want to stand in front of honourable judiciary, one has to know the real meaning of terms used in Law," your profile is silent about your being an advocate, as that indicates merely as "AAA." Does the term "AAA" means to stand for an advocate? Had you been advocate, you would definitely have indicated of your being an advocate, not "AAA" in your profile.

Further, even a person with his commonsense can understand that the terms pertain to classroom or homework exercise of a law student to distinguish between the following terms:

1. Diff. Petitioner and Plaintiff
2. Applicant and Appellant
3. Diff. Petitioner and Respondent
4. Decree, Judgement and Verdict.

Still further, if you are an advocate and really want to start practice and want to stand in front of honourable judiciary, you must buy a standard legal dictionary to know the various law terms.
