Limitation to file cra at high court

Sir

Pls inform me what is time limit to file civil revision application at High Court.
Against the order passed on u/o 7 r 11 appl.

whether its allowable if filed after 90 days of order by trial court.

There is tie limit though court generally consdier 90 days as normal time limit.

But 90 days calculate from certified copy receive or from date of order 24.06.16 ?
