Legal proof for marrige

My marrige has done as per vedic tradition 5 years ago. Marrige was not regstered yet. Can I register it now? Or suggest me the way so I can get any legal proof for marrige.

Yes you can register your marriage now. You need to appear along with your spouse and 3 witnesses before the Registrar of Marriages and file certain docs and register the marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act.
