This is most critical question of legal system.Convincing on this issue may take a long time, may be months or years. However,I will try to reply this question at a nominal charge of Rs. 50,000/- only.
Parthasarathi Loganathan (Expert) 30 January 2011
What will happen when paid law websites crop up charging nominal fees to clients posting online queries through internet forum? If that system settles down, we can find fee structures getting rationalized at an affordable cost to one and all.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 30 January 2011
The fees depends upon the experience and knowledge of the advocate.
Y V Vishweshwar Rao (Expert) 30 January 2011
I agree with Mr Arunagiri !
The Time required and Facts of the Case and study by Advocate for the Client will be the Points for consideration regarding the Fee of advocate!
Guest (Expert) 30 January 2011
This is not the place where you ask such type of question..... any ways... i do agree with Mr Arunagiri.
Kirti Kar Tripathi (Expert) 31 January 2011
this requires no reply.
Adv.Shine Thomas (Expert) 03 February 2011
It depends upon his skill.
M V Gupta (Expert) 23 February 2011
I think there is Legal Practitioners Fees Act regulating the fee chargeable by the Advocates. But none follows this Act and Advocates are chargeing as per the extent of work involved and the status of the Lawyer.
