What are the lawyer fees for Section 324 (IPC)?

I take Rs.11000/- to Rs.22000/- as my fee in Hisar for a case u/s 324 IPC.

What will happen when paid law websites crop up charging nominal fees to clients posting online queries through internet forum? If that system settles down, we can find fee structures getting rationalized at an affordable cost to one and all.

I think there is Legal Practitioners Fees Act regulating the fee chargeable by the Advocates. But none follows this Act and Advocates are chargeing as per the extent of work involved and the status of the Lawyer.
