There is no room to say any thing contrary or to add any thing more.
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 27 September 2011
the court has rightly returned the petition as it has no jurisdiction to try the petition.File the petition in court under who's jurisdiction both husband and wife lastly resided together or where the marriage was solemnised.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 27 September 2011
I stand in favour of court and further confirm that there is no citation in your favour.
