Dear Experts,
Can anyone advise me on the judgment in Sanjay Kumar Mishra Vs. Public Information Officer passed by District Consumer Forum Chandighar UT-1 passed on 4/5/12.
I could not get in India Kanoon or Google.

Dear Mr, Gabriei,

I have tried that way as well; I am able to get State Commission judgment in which District Forum's order passed on 4/5/12 was mentioned only in part; I wanted the full judgment. That is the reason for approaching the experts.
