Is a private complaint maintainable in cbi special court

Sir, i want to make a private complaint to the cbi special court u/s 200 crpc. is the pvt complaint maintainable. i prefer to approach the cbi special court rather than complaining to the cvc or cbi. pls help me. rgs Adv Ravi

You have to first get the case investigated by CBI.

Depends upon the seriousness of the offence and also whether the case falls within the scope of the CBI or not.
