Who moved for the "legal devorce"? How long she is absent ? Give facts please.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 16 January 2016
Why and where from she has gone missing?
What efforts did you take to trace her?
What is the response of your in-laws when you informed, if you have told them? Did you disclose?
Why do you propose a "legal" divorce?
What are the grounds for the said "legal" divorce?
Did you provide any information for such an examination paper?

The Best Solution by Expert,Senior Advocate Mr Isaac Gabriel.File A Police Complaint for Missing ,Obtain FIR and Issue News Paper advt regarding the Same and Let 7 years be Completed.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 16 January 2016
As suggested by experts, you may file a man missing complaint with the police and wait for another seven years to declare as civil dead subsequent to which you can be declared as a widower.
Guest (Expert) 16 January 2016
Divorce or being missing, both denote to separation. So, when she has already voluntarily separated from yourself without claiming any maintenance, why you are so eager to give her maintenance allowance by getting legal divorce? Why not get her treated as dead after seven years, as suggested by Shri T. Kalaiselvan?

Of course, your academic query, if that be, would not be solved that way!
S.Sankarasubramanian (Expert) 17 January 2016
The querriest Mr. Robin is either hiding the facts or it may be an academic querry and therefore no need to reply.

S.Sankarasubramanian (Expert) 19 January 2016

1. Author still silent?
2.Please treat this thread as irrelevant, academic and closed.
K.S.Srinivas (Expert) 24 January 2016
Give a missing complaint to the police.
Guest (Expert) 24 January 2016
Silence of the author for the last 12 days is a clear indication that he did not have any problem about his wife or divorce, but wanted solution to his academic exercise.
