How to trace/bring back the lost husband

(Querist) 15 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
My cousin sister's husband dropped her to her native and left her from 1 year, when she was pregnant . there were initial quarrels in the in-laws house. while leaving her he said he will be going to malaysia, his native is chandigarh.no contact/phonecalls till now. Now she has delivered the baby and she is still waiting for him. there is no whereabouts about him? she dont know whether he is purposely avoiding her or is in problem? Can we trace the lost person? what are the steps they should take?

Can we approach the police or court?

plz suggest me.

Thanks a lot in advance

Approach local police to trace him out, other things will follow thereafter

You need to lodge FIR with police about he being missing.

Thereafter the same fact may be published in newspapers,TV media DOORDARSHAN and Radio AKASHVANI also makes announcements about missing persons, who should be approached.

Passport office should also be checked if he had a passport or not.Indian embassy at Malaysia should also be checked for his trace.Information to interpol is also the source to get a clue about him.

First enquire at his native place and with his relatives and friends. confirm your self that, really he went to malaysia or not. Police may not accept your complaint now-a-days without giving proper information, as his whereabouts not know since 1 year. then after approach police
