How to remove people living illegally our alloted house

(Querist) 12 February 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Query Amended, As per your advice I did contacted local advocate and according to him i did signed the property entitled letter given by the builder in his office and that too without looking that the property is not vacant. he said i should have not signed and now i can just put pressure on builder or to the people living in the property by talking to them. And if i put try to give anything in writing that will prove there occupancy.
