Help-- harrassment by local political leader

Sir,
I cannot reveal my location due to some reasons. However i would be glad if you could help me with a problem. I live in X township in India. I have a plot of residential land that is 30 feet away from the main road and rest of 3 sides are covered.It is a big plot and can be used for showroom purposes.. I wanted to sell the plot for good but the local political leader in the area and head of municipal committee is trying to build a structure using his power between my plot and the main road. If this happens it will be covered from all 4 sides, disconnected from the main road and its value will severly go down causing me huge losss.. The plot will remain unusable and unsaleable and it is all i have. The leader is misuing his power to bring loss to me.
I wanted to know if there is any way i can stop it
or
Please answer when the politician's term expires, does the next head of the committee has the power to raze the strucutre built b/w my land and the road. Is there any goverenment rule that a structure cannot be brought down which has built recently by a municpial committee?
Please note: My intention is not to break any civil laws or indulge in any inappropriate activity. I just want to protect the land that is all i have.

The facts, as stated, are confusing. Are the structures being built unauthorizedly in your land or is it the structure when constructed will block the access to your land?

Venu sir, The structure being built will completely block access to my land from all sides and render it unsaleable and unusable causing me huge financial losses.or even if it can be sold the value of land will come down drastically.... And the land b/w the road and my plot belongs to the municipial committe on which the new strucure is being built. I know they have the powers to do whatever they want but it is being done merely out of revenge as the local political leader wants to bring financial harm to us having a history with my father.
The case cannot be given to the land grabbing authority as the land bw my plot and the road belongs to municpial committte... but a strucure is being deliberately built to cut off my plot's accesss from the main road and surround it from all sides making it almost completely inaccessible from the main road.
Sir, Can i do anything to save my plot or is any legal option available so that my plot has access to the main road? Please help.

you are repeating same story.
You are saying that your plot will be cut off from the road. It is unbelievable. How all the four side entry be closed. It that is so you can seek injunction again the same.
You have not stated anything regarding illegality of structure and not even indicating what the structure is.
Corporation while doing development work is under no obligation to protect marketable price of anybodies property. Many time flourishing markets near railway crossing go down due to construction of flyovers.

If the land belongs to municipal committee and they are making a structure in their own land, how can anybody object for such construction? Land is of Government, structure being built is by Government, the plan also might have been approved by Muncipality. How can you rise objection? Simply because it is blocking the way for your site from one side, you cannot rise any objection.
Why are you posting the same query repeatedly? You will not get any extra benefit.

Your query is absurd and you are wasting the previous time of experts by posting such unnecessary and irrelevant queries. If at all the access to your plot is blocked, you may file a suit for easement rights but before that your sale deed or parent deed document is to be seen. Better contact a local advocate and take his opinion to solve the issue, if at all there in any.
