Girl who has filed case u/s 125 crpc has not been coming for hearing

Sir, My brother and family has been falsely implicated under 498-A/406 case by my sister in law later she has filed the case under DV act and then she has filed the case under 125 CrPC and she has filed all the cases at her home town and for last 1.5 years we have ben regularly attending the court hearing at her home town.Surprisngly she has not tendered any appearance during any of the proceedings we also came to know that she has affair with some one and is residing in some other but her father who is greedy person has been attending the court and shout in the court and malign our character
My query is whether we can pray the court to tendered her appearance during court proceedings under which section of CrPC??? or is there any remedy from overcoming such situation??

is she represented by her lawyer? she need not attend court on each date . how many dates has complainant and her lawyer remained absent?

Complainant can be represented by her lawyer in her absence.

Submit before the court that the applicant/complainant is not coming for tendering evidence for the application u/s 125 Cr. PC and complaint u/s 406/498A IPC consequently close PE and dismiss. However, she can be represented by her Lawyer for other proceedings, I agree with experts.
Collect evidnece for adultary and proceed separatly
