Getting call detail records of wife

Hi All,
Can anyone please suggest if is there any procedure to get my wife's call detail records?
I checked with some RTI forums and this comes under private information so private telcos will not provide this information.
So can i get her call details with permission from court(JMFC)?

What is UR present status,are U living together,or has she separated, or is she having affair with someone,or any case of divorce,dv etc pending in court,clarify the above.

Only way to get it is to summon the mobile company staff during trial stage of the case.

Though the experts have advised you the proper route, practically it will be very cumbersome. You can try some alternative methods to corroborate the evidence.
