Gated community amenities

Hi,
In a gated community, I do not use amenities like Club house and swimming pool. Still the association is charging me for the usage charges (electricity consumption by gym equipment, and swimming pool regeneration). All these charges are divided equally to all the members. In the quorum, majority agreed to pay these charges. I denied to pay because I do not use them. What if I deny to pay these charges?
