My Accident happened on 30 december 2016, i was hurted grievously by an Unknown Tractor which hit me and ran away. Later police and ambulance was called by a nearby person who helped me in sending to the Hospital for first aid to the Government Hospital where the Injury report was made and then referred to different hospital for further better treatment of my Injuries. The total time taken for recovery was around 6 months after which i thought of getting the FIR lodged at the Police station. 3 times i took round of station but the inspector refused internally and changed the topic by asking for evidences and other proofs. As My treatment was cashless so i didn't had any memo or bills. Only what i had was just my Xray and discharge certificate. Which he was not accepting, after Sometime i somehow managed asked higher officials for help they asked them to see to it, and after that day Sub Inspector accepted my application and right there said to me that firstly he will check and verify and then he will register FIR to which i agreed and went to home. 10 days passed but no calls and messages of the Sub Inspector. Once i called him, he said that the investigation is going on and cut the call. After passing 3 more days i was getting mad and forced to make an application to SSP and then he directed to him with subordinates for investigation and action. Later the Sub Inspector submitted a false report that as per the application no incident has been verified in the Investigation due to which no action can be taken.

So now my query is What should i do when the report is falsified and i dont know what to do in this situation!
How can i challenge him and where to challenge him?
People have suggested me to request the SP to change the IO for correct report of investigation.

Hello Sir,/Madam, I want to know what other steps can be taken to contact Government officials an email is not working. Dont know the reason but I havent received the reponse to my email. Please suggest further steps to contact Government officials if they fail to respond.

Hello Experts, I had met with an Accident on 30 december 2016 and was hospitalized for 1 month. The accident happened due to negligence of Tractor coming from wrong side wrong lane and no indication. My only demerit was that i was suddenly distracted by another accident which happened on other lane it was just a 2 second distraction and nothing else. After accident the villagers came helped me when i asked them for tractor they said he ran away just after hitting. I was unconscious for 20 to 30 mins after hitting by tractor. Please help with your empowered suggestions so that i can get compensated with what i have spent from my being hospitalized to being recovered. Please also tell me what all things i have to collect to complete the formality of Claim. Thankyou

Division of Ancestral property in legal heirs
Hello Sir,
My Grandfather has 2 sons and 2 daughter's, he died in may 2008 and from that time the matter of division of Ancestral property is pending within family decision due to mutual benefit and other decisions. My father being the elder son of the Grandfather had asked my uncle several times to cooperate and do the division and let both get their amount of share. but the problem is My uncle is not ready to divide the property.
My father has also asked third party relatives to convince him but my uncle is stubborn and not accepting the division of the property.
*After some months ago My father has filed a suit for division of Ancestral property in the SDM court for legal division and marking of Property. But the Court is also taking a long time the lawyer is saying that the case is new let it become an old one till than Relax.
Please Guide me What could be done in the above scenario If my Uncle dosent accepts for division of Ancestral property, and if he dosent presents on the date of Argument what will be the Proceedings?
