Dear Sir

I want to know that can I enter into a Leave & License agreement in Jaipur. What is the process for the same>

You have to prepare and execute a Leave and Licence Agreement and if you wish the same can get registered as well.

Dear Mr. Daksh

I checked with my advocate in Jaipur & he is saying that these licenses are not valid in Rajasthan Rent Control Act. Kindly advise.
