Dear Sir,
Please inform whether one can file Restitution conjugal of Rights Application at Patiala court?
Please inform in which court (Senior Civil Judge or Addditional Distict Judge) this application is maintainable?
and what will be the court fees?

What is the importance of Patiala?

If the marriage had taken place or consumated or couple last time resided within district of Patiala then petition under section 9 of HMA can be filed before District Judge (Family Court) AT PATIALA and court fee is just rs. 25/-.

For filing a proceeding in court of law we have to see the jurisdiction of the court and as it is evident from your mail under reply that you intend to file an proceeding in patiala make sure that the jurisdiction of the case is being made out. Take help of a local lawyer and for court fee do consult the local high court rules in this regard.
