Respected sir,

My wife had filed 498a/406/506/34, for which I was granted AB from the session court. Now i want to apply for the regular bail as the challan has beeen submitted in the court and NDOH is fixed for 6/5/10. what i have to do now.Now also the other party will oppose my bail applicatio in the court as sec 406 included in that. And no recovery was made till date by the IO .And other party presence is also required in court. Kindly suggest what is to be done.

REGARDING REGULAR BAIL KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1.YOU HAVE TAKEN ANTICIPATORY BAIL FROM SESSIONS COURT.NOW CHARGESHEET IS FILED IN COURT HENCE YOU SHOULD APPLY FOR REGULAR BAIL AND PRAY FOR CONTINUING THE SAME SURETY WHICH YOU HAD ALREADY FURNISHED AT POLICE STATION.
2.ONLY TAKE CARE TO KEEP READY AND ENCLOSE LATEST AND RECENT OWNERSHIP PROOF OR HOUSE OR LAND PROPERTY OF SURETY AS COURT MAY ASK FOR THE SAME.
3.YOU SHOULD APPEAR ON NEXT DATE BEFORE THE COURT WITH YOUR SURETY AND ALL HIS BAIL AND SURETY DOCUMETS PLEASE NOTE.COURT WILL ALLOW AND CONTINUE THE SAME SURETY OR YOU MAY FURNISH FRESH SURETY IF REQUIRED.
YOU WILL SUCCEED.
GOOD LUCK.
THANKS.

Respected Nand Kumar, Sir,

I would like to thanks for your kind help.
I got the bail today without any difficulty.Actually the date I mentioned was not correct becuase other party sould not come to know about the date for my regular bail. I got the bail after two years of filling the challan in courtand notice was not served to me till date. I came to know about the NDOH unofficially.
with kind regards.
