appeal against arbiteration

in a nse dispute arbitrator has ruled in favour but the othe partgh has appealed in the sessions court.
please tell me
1 what is the court fee
2 what is the usualoutcome of such appeals
3 what is required from me

1. No fee is payable by respondent and moreover the appellant might have paid it.

2. It depends upon the matter, supporting evidence led by both the parties, decision delievered, grounds of appeal, law thereon, understanding of the whole matter by deciding judge, case persuation by parties etc.

3. You shall have to engage your counsel and has to defend the case vigorously.

Court fee is payable on valuation of the suit by the appellant.

It depends upon the Court and the parties.

You should either engage a cousel or appear in person to defend the case.
