Can we add more partners name in leased property of midc

We are handling case for inclusion of more partners in a partnership firm, with its factory in Dombivli MIDC on. Accordingly the new partners name to be added as additional lessees for said factory.
Will it be considered as simple property transfer case, despite the existing partners remaining as the stake holders (with reduced share) ?
What can be the charges applicable on such transfer ?

You can add more partners by amending the partnership deed.

You need to go for changes in partnership deed and if lease has been made with partners name(*not with organisation name)
then lease deed too need to change otherwise not necessary

and for charge and process appoint a local lawyer he will help you best

There is a procedure to amend Memorendum of Association, Articles of Association and Bye-Laws of the partnership therefore it is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant case file for proper appreciation, guidance and proceeding.
