Writ of mandamus or crp?

My research online shows that both techniques were employed. In Allahabad and Kerala high courts a mandamus writ seems to be used for such purposes.

The High Court have supervisory jurisdiction over Family Courts as such you may get necessary orders by filing Writ Petition.
