Property buy

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 05 March 2010 This query is : Resolved 
Wanted to buy agricultural land 5 acre,but is owned by 3 persons(1 owner and 2 itar adhikari).
Owner is live but 2 other are absconding/dead unknown but planning to buy a property, kindly show way to go ahead.

In the given circumstances, I suggest to drop your idea to purchase the land of those 2 absconding persons otherwise it may create various problems for you.

Purchasing such a land is a bad deal inviting future troubles. Do not purchase this land.
