What is the procedure and requirements for carrying out a Title Search of a Property before it is being taken for redevelopment. Whether it be open land or old constructed property

Search personally the revenue record, municipal record, court record, development authorities etc. since last 30 years along-with registration record maintained with registrar and find out therefrom whether the chain of the property is complete or not, whether the property is free from all types of encumbrances or not, whether the interest of minor is involved therein or not, whether any litigation thereto is pending or not, whether any acquisition proceeding thereto is going on or not or whether such acquisition is likely to take place or not, whether the interest of any scheduled cast or tribe person is involved therein or not, whether the property has prior lien or not.....

The above and some more questions are to be answered by persons issuing title-deed.

As said by Mr.Makkad SOLICITOR can issue Title-Certificate on your request by paying their requisite professional fees.
