You can get the draft MoA from Registrar of Co-operative society with by-laws by paying precribed fees.

Memorandum of Association is Constitution of the Society and it provides for name of the society, its registered office, its aims and objectives and the governing body with the members who have subscribed to consitute a society.

Rules are also called Articles of Association of a Society and generally provide for rules governing functioning of the society viz. membership, meetings, office bearers and their duties, elections, finance, bank accounts and audit etc.

You can draft the MoA and Rules of the society either with the help of professionals like CAs/Advocates etc. discussing with them all the facts and circumstances in your case or after getting a copy from the office of the Registrar as advised by Mr. Arul Kumar.

Model Bye-Laws are available at the Office of the REGISTRAR OF Coop. Societies in your vicinity and precribed forms for formation by paying requisite fees.
