Can Police has power to send letter to forge signature expert without any court order?can bank manager cease locker without court order and only on instructions of police?how much time take for forge signature expert report?

1. Police on its own have no jurisdiction to obtain Expert Opinion, WITHOUT the express order of the Court. Subsequent to which only the said Experts report shall be taken on evidence.

2. In the event of documentary apprehensions /doubts, Bank will freeze the Locker operation, with or without the Court /Police intervention. The frozen locker then can be defrozen only after a court order.
