Summoning orders

(Querist) 25 February 2010 This query is : Resolved
My daughter in law has filed case under DV Act. She took the summons from the court by hand. No summon was served earlier.
What is the correct procedure of summoning. How could I object to thatsummoning procedure.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 25 February 2010
You cannot object this procedure as it is purely legal. Summons by hand is a legal procedure.
