Name change in half of my documents

HI,

My name and marital status has been changed on my Adhaar card and PAN after my marriage but not on my passport. Now I need to travel abroad. will the changed name and marital status lead to any problem in getting the VISA approved as I am about to file divorce case against my husband and d'nt want to get my passport changed.

Visa application of any country will be decided based on the passport details only not what your adhahar or PAN.

Thanks for advice sir! also I have one more ques. I want to change my surname back to what i used before marriage i.e my father's surname. however, still m not divorced from my husband neither any court case is files. Can I change my surname by giving an affidavit that i simply want to use my father's surname instead of my husband on my documents.

You changed the surname on the basis of marriage in few documents, for again changing the surname to original, the decree of divorce will be required as these departments will ask for it apart from the affidavit for change of surname.
Check with the department where you want to change surname for more details.
