Understanding the judgement / order from high court

(Querist) 27 June 2018 This query is : Resolved 
dear experts,

the judge has released a judgement during our last hearing i want to understand what eaxctly does it mean.
the judgement is as below:
PRE COURT:
1. Not on Board. Taken on Board.
2. Time is extended by two weeks to comply with the order dated 04.10.2017 i.e. to file Paper­book.
3. Stand over to 17.04.2018, as a last chance. 

the above are the 3 points in the order.

request you experts to put some light on it and help me understand the terms.

The matter was not on Board i.e. to be taken up , but was taken up. The time given to comply with the order of the Court dated 4.10.2017 to file a paperbook as been extended to 17.04.2018. After this the Court will decide in the matter.
