Under section 15 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, the property of a female dying intestate, namely without making a Will or such testamentary document shall devolve firstly upon the sons or daughters including children of any pre-deceased son or daughter and the husband. In the given case the great grand daughter has no share in the property of her great grand mother if the daughter or son of the great grandmother alive, if not if the children of the pre-deceased or deceased daughter or son are alive and if none of these than she may claim along with other heirs of the husband of the great grand mother.

In another Thread Mr Vijay Raj Mahajan had commented On Other Experts / Advocates who posted a Justifiable Advise Of " Discuss With your Advocates" he commented in a defamatory manner as those" Advocates are Financially Poor " and their Financial Health condition is Bad " etc.they didn't even advise the Querist to contact them.
