Sir,
Yes,
My grand father made a partition in the year 1973 partitioning the property to all his seven sons and one daughter.
My father has 5 children, (2 sons and 3 daughters.)
My grand father has got his property from his father in the year 1949 (i.e. also by way of partition) and those properties are all agriculture in nature.
My father has not executed any partition as on this date and my father says that, the property acquired from his father is the self aquired property of him and now he is confirming that i am not entitled to get any property of my father.
Sir, please being a law student and to know about the real proposition please enlighten me by citing a citation of supreme court and high court if possible.
