I have a question regarding our land, the title deed of the land is recently changed to my dad's name and patta is in my mother name as it is.
so whether it will cause any issue in selling a property because we are planning to sell the land

It is the titleholder of the land who may dispose it of as s/he desire.
Consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant records for proper consideration, analyses, opine and advise you.

1. Using the Registered Title-Deed, move application before the local Revenue officer /Tahsil office to effect change in the Revenue Records.

2. ONLY CONSEQUENT to above, the next Transfer (new sale) in the Revenue Records can take place.
