kindly post any commentary on " Administration of acquired territories from foreign countries "as per articles 1(3)c, 246(4),366(30) of indian constitution with up to date case law and commentaries by eminent jurists like MP Jain,HM Seervai,JN pandey,VN shukla,M.Laxmikanth .

I have the introduction to constitutional law of India by prof .Durgadas basu.Need other commentaries for comparative study.

You have already posted sources of information on the issue mentioned by u. Another source will be search on internet mentioning "Articles"- followed by the subject mentioned by you. Wikipedia also may throw light on the subject.
