Acquitted in a case and career in ibps bank

(Querist) 12 November 2017 This query is : Resolved
Dear experts,
During my college days(2012) a case was filed against me by the police for causing a head injury to a constable (which i did not) that day was a unlucky day as i was present at the wrong place and at the wrong time.
Later the case was in court and with the help of evidence i won the case and all the charges were dropped and i was not liable for any fine aswell.
Now this year i have qualified for ibps
.bank po...so during the interview should show them my relevant documents for the case, or should i just not tell them about this, as the surname in the FIR and in my other documents is different.

And if i go ahead and tell them about this will it affect my marks in interview even though i have been acquitted of all the charges in 2014.... duration of the case in court was 1.5 years.
Please guide me through this
Thanking you

Do not hide details about the case.

It may be more dangerous, if hiding of the fact comes in the knowledge of the employer Bank afterwards.

As on today you are acquitted. Hence you may disclose as needed

Thank you for guidance...so there will not be any problem if i disclose everything?...and as i am aquitted of all the charges everything is back to normal right?

Seems to be a purely academic query.

However, on what basis and purpose the interviewer will ask you to show your court case documents?
Sandeep (Querist) 15 November 2017
@Jigyasu..in the application form there is a column to fill this detail...however since i didn't fill the form and asked my friend to do it...he clicked the option "no" where it is asked is there or was any fir filed against you?......he checked the option "no".
But now i am in dilemma that before the interview starts..should i proactively tell them.about this... as experts here are against hiding that detail.
Or should i hide it as i have been acquitted of all the charges. And my surname in the Fir is different than that in my edu documents.
