MCD denguie notice

Hi, i have got a slip from MCD employee, visiting for mosquitos in coolers, to be present and answer in thees hazari court on 23 aug 2017.
Now I have 2 questions , can we go before the mention date, and 2nd can my wife go in place of me.

please help.

You have to appear on the date fixed.

You can entrust a lawyer to appear on your behalf.

As per your statement it is not a Court notice, MCD do not have power/ jurisdiction to summon an accused to appear before a Magistrate in Tis Hazari Court, show it to a local lawyer.
You should approach MCD before the date fixed and get it settled.
