My female friend has been 10 yrs pass of my marriage, I have 8 yrs old son, My husband has loose character and he is continuously cheating me. I want son in my custody, so kindely tell me the court law regarding son custody. I will be highly obliged.

Apparently there is NO divorce and marriage is subsisting.

Before divorce, the child can be with both or either of the parents.
