Dear Team was successful in bidding in auction of a shop. Have paid the DRT the auction price and expecting Sale certificate for registration and mutation to be done.
1. What is the process of registration and getting mutation done in my name.
2. The Housing Society has put a notice of dues against this property addressing the Bank (whose loan was overdue) now after the auction process is over. Its says no transfer of name unless dues are paid. Am I too liable to pay the housing Society?
3. Will the society dis allow to do any repairs and let out unless the dues are not cleared.

Mr. Sampat,
As the auction has already been processed, unless you obtain the sale certificate, the mutation or the title cannot be changed. The terms of the auction mentioned need to be seen. The housing society has its own terms towards the shareholders of the society.

Thank for your valuable advice. The auction was held by bank as is where is. Checked with Bank before going for bid about any liability pending..but after going for the records...nothing in writing...even the recent notice of hsg society says ...unable to bear expense of notice hence putting this on shop door..Is their any way where I can settle this without paying or paying part...since the society was not formed this shop was not used at all..

Also what does the hsg society law says...Mnt to be paid in case someone stays or uses...
