i want to know that what are the various documents we should verify for purchasing a flat in ranchi from the seller and what will be procedure for purchasing such flat, ?
any other things we should look after ?

Document depend on property to property. Main document is clear marketable title with occupation of the property by seller.

A huge investment is involved, take help of local lawyer to look after your interest.

Some people are preferring to approach Banks for housing loan and their legal adviser scrutinize the title documents.

You can adopt the process in addition or otherwise.

1. I did not expect such a salutation/ addressing i.e., "hello" for experts by a needy queriest. Please mend yourself.

2. I agree with the expert advise of Mr. Rajendra K Goyal, clear marketable title of the flat has to be verified before finalisation of transaction for which you are required to seek professional services of a lawyer practicing "civil" matter in Ranchi itself.

3. To understand the procedure for purchasing such flat you must take guidance from a good tutor.
