Jeevan babu, apne jeevan mein apni property khud banao. Don't keep an eye on the property of parents, if you were unable to take care of them, as the circumstances reveal from your own description about "some family misunderstandings."

There is no source to proceed legally, as they had their unquestionable right to dispose of their own property in any manner they liked. Your permission or knowledge was not at all called for them in doing so.

The property belonged to your parents, they sold it. You have no right on this property.

It is believed that you are Hindu.
Confirm.

Believing that you are Hindu; You have no forced share in self acquired/earned estate of your father, mother.

Both of them are alive.

Seller can sell below market rate.
