Hello
I am currently working as Group C employee(IT field) in Department of Posts,India.I've just appeared in an interview for the recruitment of Data Entry Operator Grade B in Ministry of Defence.My office,after much persuasion,issued me the required N.O.C for appearing at the interview.My interview has been good and I'm expecting a call. Now, I want to know:
Can my office prevent me from joining even after issuing N.O.C for the interview if I'm selected?
If my office agrees to relieve me, can I tender Technical Resignation or LIEN? What are the rules for Technical Resignation or LIEN for moving to a Central Department from Department of Posts,India?
Please guide.Thanks.

Mr. Sachin,
What is truth in your present question as your question of employment in department of post, interview for data entry operator in Ministry of Defence, does not have any semblance with your earlier question about interview fraud in the Survey of India, where you did not give any background in that, as like this question?

Sir,
I have cleared Survey of India Exam in last year i.e., 2015 and Data Entry Operator Grade B exam have cleared in this year. You may check my name in SSCKKR website sir .. I am trying to add my documents(RTI) to Google drive so I can share my documents with you all.

Mr. Sachin,
What do you mean by trying to add documents (RTI) to Google drive, while you are asking your questions at LCI? You could well have given the gist of the RTI reply along with your query.
Don't think that the members are compelled to visit some other site to make a search for your documents just to reply your queries.
Although I am not convinced with your reply, yet my reply to your question is given below:
In your query, you have not made any mention about mode of sending your application for recruitment. NOC for interview to an employee does not necessarily means permission of the department to relieve him for other organisation on selection, if his job application was not sent through proper channel to the concerned department.

Refer your departmental rules, discuss with your association people if department is not accepting technical resignation.
